Terms of use
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of Pointless at joinpointless.com. By connecting an account or signing up, you agree to them. "Pointless", "we" and "us" mean Pointless.
What Pointless does
Pointless reads the Amazon orders you choose to connect, shows them to you, and gives brands counts across many shoppers so they can send you offers. Pointless is free for shoppers. Nothing to buy, ever.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and connect only accounts that are yours.
- You sign in to Amazon yourself. We never ask for or keep your Amazon password.
- Keep your sign-in links and codes to yourself.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You can hide, download or delete it at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and who sees it.
Text messages
If you sign up for Pointless texts, you agree to get recurring automated messages about your Amazon spending and your account at the number you gave. Message frequency varies, usually weekly. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email hello@joinpointless.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or offer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Offers from brands
Offers come from the brands that make them, on their own terms. Pointless doesn't sell products and isn't responsible for a brand's products or delivery.
Fair use
Don't misuse Pointless: no scraping, no breaking in, no connecting someone else's account, and no use that breaks the law.
Early product
Pointless is new and changes often. It is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to $100.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your data from your Privacy page. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. For big changes we'll tell you by email first.
